PELVIC FLOOR WELLNESS • TAHLEQUAH, OK
Take the next step toward better bladder control
Leaks when you laugh. A sudden urge that interrupts your day. Changes in pelvic floor strength can affect how freely you move through life—and they deserve a thoughtful conversation.
VTone uses intravaginal electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) and neuromuscular re-education to rehabilitate weak pelvic floor muscles for the treatment of stress, urge, and mixed urinary incontinence in women.
At 401 Medical Center, we begin with your symptoms, your health history, and your goals to determine whether VTone belongs in your care plan.

Does any of this sound familiar?
Leaks with activity
Urine leakage with coughing, sneezing, laughing, or exercise can be a sign of stress urinary incontinence.
Sudden urgency
A strong urge followed by leakage before reaching the restroom may be urge urinary incontinence.
A combination of both
Mixed urinary incontinence includes symptoms of both stress and urge leakage. An evaluation helps guide the right treatment.
These examples are conversation starters, not a diagnosis. Bladder symptoms can have several causes.
Targeted muscle support, guided by your provider
A small, anatomically shaped applicator is placed inside the vagina. Controlled electrical pulses stimulate the pelvic floor muscles to contract, supporting muscle rehabilitation and coordination. Your provider adjusts the treatment to your tolerance and clinical needs.
VTone is an EMS treatment. It does not use the radiofrequency heating used by FormaV. Your consultation may also include discussion of pelvic floor physical therapy, exercises, bladder training, or other treatment options.
Your treatment journey
01 • TALK
Start privately
Tell us what you are experiencing. We review your history, assess the cause of your symptoms, and discuss suitable options.
02 • TREAT
Make a personal plan
Our proposed starting series is 4–6 visits, typically once a week, with sessions around 20–30 minutes. Your provider confirms the schedule and settings.
03 • REASSESS
Track your progress
We review changes in leakage, urgency, and daily activities, then discuss whether continued care or another approach is appropriate.
Treatment response and recovery vary. Your provider will explain what you may feel, possible discomfort or irritation, and any activity instructions. Improvement is not guaranteed, and follow-up or maintenance may be recommended.
VTone questions, answered
Is VTone FDA cleared?
The InMode System with the VTone applicator is FDA cleared for electrical stimulation and neuromuscular re-education to rehabilitate weak pelvic floor muscles for treatment of stress, urge, and mixed urinary incontinence in women. Clearance is specific to this intended use and does not guarantee results.
Will I feel the treatment?
You may feel stimulation and muscle contractions. Settings are adjusted by your provider. Tell us about discomfort so we can respond; we do not promise a painless experience.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Changes can develop during a treatment series, but timing and degree of improvement vary. We assess your symptoms over time rather than promise a fixed result after a set number of visits.
Is everyone a candidate?
No. Tell your provider about pregnancy, implanted electronic devices, recent pelvic procedures, infections, unexplained bleeding, and other medical conditions. A clinical assessment is needed before treatment.
What about changes after childbirth or prolapse symptoms?
Pelvic floor concerns after childbirth or with aging deserve individualized evaluation. A feeling of bulging, pressure, or vaginal looseness can have different causes; VTone should not be presented as a guaranteed treatment for prolapse or structural changes.
Can I ask about financing?
Yes. Ask our team about treatment cost and service eligibility. You can also explore Cherry financing. Financing is subject to approval; available plans and terms vary.
