Testing tailored to your care
Thyroid testing
Discuss testing to evaluate thyroid function or monitor an existing thyroid condition. Your provider selects the appropriate tests for your situation.
Hormone testing
Laboratory evaluation may help answer specific questions about hormone health or monitor prescribed treatment. Timing and test selection matter.
General health testing
Review testing that supports preventive care, symptom evaluation, or ongoing health monitoring based on your history and clinical needs.
Other laboratory tests
Have a specific test or outside lab order in mind? Contact the clinic so we can confirm availability, order requirements, and collection arrangements.
Not every test is needed for every person. Test selection and interpretation should reflect your symptoms, history, and care plan.

Before your specimen collection
- Bring a photo ID, current insurance information if applicable, and any requested lab order or paperwork.
- Confirm whether fasting or a particular collection time is required. Do not fast unless instructed.
- Tell your provider about medications, vitamins, and supplements, including biotin. Do not stop them unless your clinician instructs you to.
- Let the collection team know about previous fainting, difficult blood draws, or other concerns.
- If you did not follow a preparation instruction, tell the team before collection.
Lab costs & billing, explained
With insurance
The clinic can send your insurance information to DLO for direct billing of laboratory services. Coverage, network status, deductibles, and any patient balance depend on your plan and ordered tests.
Without insurance
The clinic’s stated policy is to charge uninsured patients the clinic cost for labs. Ask for an estimate for your specific tests before collection.
Provider visits are separate from lab testing. The homepage lists $50 for a telehealth visit and $80 for an in-person visit, and states that the clinic no longer accepts insurance for its visits. Confirm which visit, collection, testing, and follow-up fees apply to your appointment.
A DLO or Quest laboratory bill can be separate from the clinic’s bill. For laboratory billing resources, visit DLO Patient Bill Pay.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an appointment?
Yes—our homepage lists clinic visits by appointment only, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Contact us to confirm a collection time and any test-specific requirements before coming in.
Can I bring an order from another provider?
Call first so the team can confirm whether the order can be accepted and whether the requested specimens can be collected at the clinic.
Do all tests require a blood sample?
No. The specimen depends on the test. The clinic will confirm the collection arrangements for your order, including whether a separate location or special instructions are needed.
How soon will results be ready?
Turnaround varies by test and laboratory processing. Ask for the expected timing for your order. This page does not promise same-day results.
Does an abnormal result always mean I have a disease?
No. Results need context and may require confirmation or additional assessment. Review them with your ordering provider before changing medicines or treatment.
