We apologize for the inconvenience this may create for some of our patients. The insurance companies have created a situation where we cannot continue to accept their low payments. We will charge $50 for a telehealth visit and $80 for an in-person visit. If you need labs drawn, we will continue to send your insurance information to DLO lab, and they will direct bill. If you do not have insurance, we will charge you the clinic cost for labs which is very affordable. Clinic office hours will stay the same by appointment only Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. You will have until February 23rd to pick up your last notes and labs if you choose and you must notify the office within 24 hours in advance prior to picking up. You will have to come in and sign for your records they will not be mailed or faxed. It has been a pleasure treating each and every one of you and we wish you all a healthy and prosperous new year.
