A little warmth.
A little time for you.

Step away from your busy routine and make room for a slower moment. Ask about our Detox Blanket sessions and whether a warmth-based spa experience is a good fit for you.

Your comfort starts with clear information. Our team can explain the equipment, session format, preparation, and current pricing before you book.

Your visit, made simple

Ask first

Tell us about your health history, medications, and experience with heat.

Know what to expect

Confirm the blanket type, session length, clothing guidance, and how to communicate with staff.

Prioritize comfort

Ask how the session can be stopped if you feel uncomfortable and what to do afterward.

What does “detox” mean here?

“Detox Blanket” is the service name. It is not a promise to remove toxins, treat disease, or produce lasting weight loss. Evidence does not establish commercial detox programs as a reliable way to eliminate toxins.

Consider the session as a spa experience. For medical symptoms or concerns about toxic exposure, speak with a healthcare professional.

Comfort and suitability come first

Heat is not appropriate for everyone. Tell the team about pregnancy, heart or blood-pressure conditions, fainting, reduced heat sensation, and any medications that affect sweating or heat tolerance. Ask your clinician whether a heated session is suitable for you.

Heat exposure can cause dehydration, dizziness, overheating, or burns. Avoid alcohol, follow the team’s preparation instructions, and stop promptly if you feel unwell or too hot.

Before you book

What kind of blanket is used?

Contact our team to confirm the specific equipment and how it is used. We’ll explain the session format so you know what to expect.

How long is a session?

Ask for the current appointment length and preparation guidance. Your suitability and comfort should guide the session.

What should I wear or bring?

Confirm clothing, towels, hydration guidance, and any other preparation with the team before your visit.

Will I lose weight?

A blanket session is not a weight-loss treatment. Ask about our medical weight-management service if weight concerns are your goal.

Can I combine it with another spa treatment?

Ask the team about compatibility and scheduling before booking multiple services.

How much does it cost?

Contact the clinic for current session pricing, availability, and any package details.
