What is a PRP facial?

Platelet-rich plasma is prepared from a sample of your own blood. A centrifuge separates the components so that a platelet-rich portion can be collected for treatment. Facial techniques vary; some involve injections or combine PRP with microneedling. Your consultation should confirm the exact method.

Research into facial rejuvenation is still limited. Some patients report improvements in texture or fine lines, but results vary and are not guaranteed. A PRP facial does not provide the lifting effect of a surgical facelift.

Make your consultation count

Share your goals

Bring your questions about skin texture, fine lines, or changes you have noticed. Tell us what a worthwhile result would mean to you.

Compare your options

Discuss the available facial approach, alternatives, expected recovery, and how treatment might fit your skincare routine.

Plan with confidence

Ask for a personalized estimate, proposed number of visits, aftercare instructions, and a clear explanation of the potential benefits and limits.

What to expect

1. Consultation: Review your goals, medical history, medications, and suitability before deciding on treatment.

2. Your treatment plan: Confirm the technique, comfort measures, cost, and recovery expectations with the treating professional.

3. Aftercare and follow-up: Follow the instructions provided for your procedure, including when to resume skincare products and activities. Ask when your results should be assessed.

Thoughtful care starts with safety

Using your own blood does not make a procedure risk-free. Temporary pain, swelling, and bruising can occur. Infection is a concern if blood or equipment is handled improperly; sterile technique is essential. Your individual risks depend on the procedure and your health.

Bring an up-to-date medication and supplement list, and discuss any bleeding or platelet conditions, active skin problems, or previous treatment reactions. Do not stop a prescribed medicine unless your prescribing clinician directs you to do so.

PRP facial questions

Is this the same as a facelift?

No. “PRP Face Lift” is the service label used on our homepage. It is not surgical lifting. Ask the team what the treatment includes and what changes are realistic for you.

Will my treatment include microneedling?

Confirm this during your consultation. PRP can be used in different facial protocols; the technique and any combination treatment should be explained before you consent.

How many visits will I need, and what does it cost?

Request a personalized recommendation and written estimate. Facial pricing and a standard treatment schedule are not listed on our homepage.

Where will my appointment take place?

This service is part of our new spa offerings. Contact the team to confirm availability, your appointment time, and the spa location before arriving.
